Frazzled.

As the Spring 2011 year draws to a close, I (once again) have a whole list of things I will do differently next semester. The list includes, but is not limited to:

-Starting the semester with a spotless house
-Prioritizing properly
-Focusing
-Staying organized
-Putting school first

This is the same list I think up every year, but can never seem to keep up on. Why do I even bother? I strive to make the necessary changes, but I never do. I'm not the multi-tasker I used to be, and it drives me nuts!

This semester has been so overwhelming, with the medical issues, the dog, the house, the MOUNTAINS of homework I had every day, trying to keep up with it all just made me bonkers. I'm hoping the summer break will help me to start fresh, and actually feel good about the semester to come.

We shall see.

It's the small stuff.

Things that have me feeling so happy!

*Spring semester is almost over!

*My Yoga instructor is teaching over the summer!

*Jeremy's hard work has been recognized; I'm so proud of my hubby!

*The grass is green and my plants are looking good!

*Scout has tripled in size since we brought him home in June of last year, but has grown into the most awesome dog I've ever met!

*It's nice to be meeting people after 11 months of being here!

*Scout's first birthday and out first anniversary are both in the near future!

WOW, time flies when you're havin' fun! <3

Massive Update

It has definitely been a while.

We PCSed from AZ to TX in May of 2010. We also were married on May 21, 2010, and bought our first house.

In June, we welcomed our first "child" into the family. Our ball of energy, a yellow lab named Scout.

I started back to school in August, currently working towards my Associates in Teaching. Once I COMPLETE that, I'll move on to get my Bachelors. It is about time!

In September of 2010, we found out we were expecting! We had never been more happy or excited! Unfortunately, that didn't last. I've lost 2 pregnancies now, but we're holding out hope that it will happen for us when it is supposed to. It's all a part of God's plan, as far as we're concerned.

We are blessed to have good friends and family, near and far, and eachother. We have also been lucky to have ZERO news on upcoming deployments. (For now. Knock on wood!)

Things are good now. We've been through a lot together, but as we approach the 10 month mark in our marriage, things are lookin' good. :o)
